What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who want more than just a job. People willing to get out of their comfort zone to reach outstanding goals. Doers who never stop learning, are curious about everything and love solving problems. We want people who are talented, optimistic, and easy-going: who set the bar high but don't take themselves too seriously.

The Role

As Shotgun grows, so does our ambition. We're branching out into new territories, inaugurating fresh ventures, and, in the process, assembling new teams. Our pathway to success lies in our analytical rigor and exhaustive exploration of every opportunity.

Create and maintain tools to help the operational teams be more efficient (automation, macro, etc.)

Maintain tools and processes so that everyone can keep on working seamlessly.

Build and deploy internal AI-powered tools, write efficient prompts and contexts.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Help us step back and understand our organizers' performance (revenue they generate vs cost: marketing, support time, etc.)
