Non-Negotiables
You must hold a four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
You need a solid understanding of building construction, materials, systems, and construction sequencing
You must have demonstrated experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, SureTrack, or Microsoft Project
You must be able to clearly present verbal and written arguments regarding scheduling goals and strategies
You should be capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting design drawings and contract documents

Responsibilities
You will develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 software
You will collaborate with Business Development and Preconstruction teams to create proposal and bid schedules
You will lead subcontractor schedule coordination meetings to secure agreement and commitments
You will input weekly schedule updates from project teams to analyze progress, changes, and forecasts
You will conduct onsite schedule update meetings with the project team and occasionally with subcontractors
You will perform jobsite walks to evaluate project status, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective actions
You will assist in developing recovery schedules, time impact analyses, and cost and resource-loaded schedules to support forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing cost and resource-loaded schedules is highly valued for labor and material forecasting
Familiarity with time impact analysis reports and recovery schedule development is a plus
A background that combines field operations and project controls enhances your ability to identify risks
Proficiency with Microsoft Project in addition to Primavera P6 is considered a strong plus
A proactive commitment to professional development and continuous learning is appreciated
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment are advantageous
