We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Remote Client Success Assistant to help deliver an exceptional experience for our families and program participants. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, assisting with inquiries, registrations, scheduling, and ongoing client support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building positive relationships and ensuring every client receives timely, professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging.

Assist families with program registration, scheduling, and account updates.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Coordinate appointment changes, cancellations, and follow-up communications.

Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and requests.

Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements.

Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions.

Support administrative projects and daily office operations as needed.

Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, client success, administrative support, or a related role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
