We're seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Representative with a background in BAS/DDC systems, controls, or HVAC automation.

This role is ideal for a former Controls Technician, BAS Technician, or Project Manager who wants to leverage their technical expertise while increasing earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Identify customer challenges and system opportunities

• Conduct BAS and HVAC system assessments

• Develop service agreement, retrofit, and optimization solutions

• Build estimates and proposals

• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close

• Expand existing customer relationships

• Partner with operations for project execution

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or automation

• Former BAS/DDC technician preferred

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems

• Experience with controls platforms and sequences of operation

• Customer-facing communication skills
