The Opportunity

A leading electrical contractor operating at the highest level of the mission-critical sector is entering a major expansion phase.

This is not a replacement hire.

The business is actively scaling its delivery capability to meet unprecedented demand from hyperscale data center projects with over 100 new project delivery professionals being added between now and January.

At the centre of this growth is a long-term, strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services, delivering some of the most technically complex and fast-paced data center builds in North America.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of major electrical packages within live hyperscale data center environments. You’ll be leading delivery from pre-construction coordination through to commissioning, ensuring world-class execution on some of the most high-profile builds in the industry.

You will sit at the centre of multidisciplinary teams delivering critical infrastructure that powers global cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center electrical projects

Manage programme, cost, risk, and delivery strategy across complex workstreams

Coordinate directly with client-side teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors

Oversee HV/LV installation, testing, and commissioning activities in live environments

Drive construction sequencing in fast-track hyperscale programmes

Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC, safety, and compliance standards

Manage forecasting, reporting, and commercial controls

Resolve high-level technical and logistical challenges in real time

What We’re Looking For

Proven Project Management experience in data center or mission-critical electrical projects

Strong background in electrical engineering / building services (HV/LV preferred)

Experience delivering fast-track, large-scale construction programmes

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

Confident stakeholder management across client and delivery teams

Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-complexity environments

PMP / PRINCE2 advantageous but not essential
