We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to support a major hyperscale data centre project based in Columbus, Ohio.

This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating contractors, managing project delivery, and ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and in line with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across multiple work packages

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and construction milestones

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards

• Review construction activities and identify potential risks or delays

• Work closely with project management, QA/QC, and commissioning teams

• Support turnover, punch list management, and project closeout activities

• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership teams

• Drive schedule adherence and support successful project delivery

Requirements

• Previous Construction Manager experience within data centres or mission critical environments

• Strong understanding of large-scale construction projects

• Experience managing contractors and coordinating multiple disciplines on-site

• Ability to work within fast-paced project environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes is advantageous
