Job Role

The Senior HRBP Supervisor will serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner for the plant's Operations functions, supporting Supply Chain, General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and manufacturing leadership teams. This role is responsible for translating corporate HR strategies into practical plant-level initiatives that improve workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational capability, and operational performance.

Working closely with department heads and reporting to the Country Head of HR, the successful candidate will oversee strategic people operations, workforce planning, talent management, industrial relations, and organizational development while ensuring full compliance with labor regulations and corporate HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Plant Department Heads to provide strategic HR guidance, leadership coaching, and practical people solutions aligned with business objectives.

Oversee workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational structure reviews, and headcount optimization to support manufacturing operations.

Drive performance management processes, employee development initiatives, succession planning, and talent acceleration programs.

Execute HR transformation projects by utilizing workforce analytics and HR data to support strategic decision-making and business improvements.

Develop executive-ready HR reports, presentations, dashboards, and workforce insights for local and regional management.

Foster positive employee relations and maintain productive industrial relations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment planning and ensure adequate manpower availability across production functions.

Support organizational change initiatives and continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or within a multinational Human Resources environment.

Proven experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations is mandatory.

Strong experience partnering directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Plant leadership teams.

Excellent knowledge of workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and industrial relations.

Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing HR metrics and workforce analytics to support business decisions.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including dashboards, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and workforce reporting.

Experience utilizing modern AI tools or digital technologies to improve HR processes is highly preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and influencing skills within a matrix organization.

Professional proficiency in English for presentations, business communication, and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, professional maturity, and the capability to work independently within a fast-paced multinational manufacturing environment.
