You are a person who loves to bring structure and clarity to complex program schedules, ensuring alignment across projects, teams, and timelines to support successful delivery. You are highly detail oriented, analytical, and skilled at managing dependencies, validating schedules, and coordinating across stakeholders in a fast paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Application/Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, performing schedule integrity checks, coordinating with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams, identifying cross project dependencies and risks, and delivering accurate reporting to support program alignment and execution.

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across CCN NG, VFMP, and EDI initiatives using MS Project.

Perform schedule integrity checks and validate schedules against commitments and resource constraints.

Coordinate with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) teams to ensure alignment across enterprise schedules.

Identify and manage cross project dependencies and risks, providing mitigation recommendations.

Minimum Requirements

5 years of experience in healthcare payer program management.

Bachelor's degree in BA or BS.

Proven/extensive experience in a large scale integrated healthcare system with focus on Veterans healthcare and outreach.

All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Compensation Range

$112,000 - $125,400/annually
