We’re looking for motivated, coachable, action-takers that would like to enter the surplus funds recovery industry, which is a multi-billion dollar industry without the need to buy expensive training programs, software, or licenses.
We provide basic training, real leads, and a CRM system so you can hit the ground running. All you need is a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and the willingness to take action.
As an Appointment Setter you'll:
Contact leads/claimants by phone, email and/or text to inform them about surplus funds that are owed to them. (scripts are provided for lead generation and rebuttals)
1. Get the claimant to contact us or request a call so we can explain the process and their specific case details.
2. Provide name and contact information for any claimant who is interested in moving forward to us on a spreadsheet.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

2. Speak conversational English or better
3. Are self-motivated, consistent, and dependable
4. Have a go-getter attitude and don’t wait to be told what to do
5. Have your own laptop/desktop + noise-cancelling headphones
You must be available to work within the following hours Monday–Friday:
1. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM United States Central Standard Time (You can choose your hours)
2. Have a quiet, focused workspace during your shift
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position to start. You will earn a percentage of every successful claim you help process.
Successful claim recoveries can involve thousands in surplus funds and the more you help, the more you make. There is no cap on your earnings.
