NoxoTech is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our remote operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
* Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
* Perform data entry and maintain digital records.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and virtual meetings.
* Conduct online research and compile information.

### Qualifications
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
