Data Analyst

Ensure accurate and timely data collection, extraction, and aggregation to support Naval leadership decision-making.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain full ownership of office Dashboard, including data collection, extraction, and aggregation from source systemsClean, validate, and prepare data for accuracy prior to dashboard updates and leadership briefingsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable summaries and high-level PowerPoint briefs for front office leadershipNavigate and pull data from ADVANA, Jupyter, and Qlik in support of dashboard maintenance and ad hoc data requestsAdapt quickly to shifting front office priorities, which can change with little notice, and adjust dashboard focus and reporting accordinglyCoordinate and collaborate professionally with other data analysts and contractor partners across multiple agencies QualificationsFunctional, robust data collection, extraction, and aggregation skillsMastery of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), including the ability to clean data and prepare high-level PowerPoint briefsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for senior leadershipDemonstrated adaptability and ability to pivot priorities smoothly as front office focus shiftsActive Secret security clearance, required as the CSR Dashboard resides on the SIPR networkWorking knowledge of ADVANA, Jupyter, and Qlik for data acquisitionAbility to work alongside other data analysts and contractor partners without friction, representing KTG professionally across multiple agenciesExperience with Azure DatabricksExperience in Navy/DoD operations and/or AI driven analytics
