Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR. This hybrid position is ideal for a recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales professional who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, supporting client needs, and helping candidates connect with the right employment opportunities.

The Recruiting Consultant will support a designated client, branch, or associate base with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, placement, onboarding, and ongoing candidate care. Key Responsibilities

- Source, recruit, interview, and place candidates for current and anticipated openings using job postings, social recruiting, databases, resume searches, networking, and referrals.

- Maintain an active candidate pipeline, create sourcing plans, manage job postings, and support order fulfillment activity.

- Provide customer service to clients, candidates, and associates through follow-up calls, reference checks, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.

- Assist with orientation and onboarding for new associates, including communication of client requirements, assignment expectations, and workplace guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records and timely data entry related to recruiting activity, candidate submissions, order fulfillment, and client support.

- Support branch performance goals by meeting weekly and monthly activity expectations and contributing to gross profit growth.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $35,000 to $40,000 per year.

- Job type: Direct hire.

- Location: Guaynabo, PR.

- Work arrangement: Hybrid position.

- Benefits include health plan and 401k.

- Schedule may require overtime and non-traditional business hours as needed.
