Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $75,000–$85,000Maintenance Supervisor Multifamily Community

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Columbus, OH. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, maintaining the property to high standards, and ensuring excellent service for residents.Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of Maintenance Technicians

Oversee daily work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance

Perform hands-on repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance

Inspect the property and ensure all maintenance work is completed to company standards

Coordinate vendors, maintain inventory, and oversee maintenance records

Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations

Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive resident relationshipsQualifications

3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience

Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team

HVAC Certification required

Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
