About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data that helps improve operational and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, organize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business planning and performance improvement.

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and visual presentations that communicate analytical findings to management.

- Work with team members to define reporting requirements and recommend practical data-driven solutions.

- Maintain documentation of data processes and contribute to continuous improvements in data quality and reporting procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel and SQL to manage and analyze data.

- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is considered an asset.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with large datasets.

- Knowledge of database concepts and data management practices.

- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to data accuracy.
