Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with set-up experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Medina, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components while maintaining strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience making machine adjustments, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability and advancement potential.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications

• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

• Perform tooling changes and minor troubleshooting as needed

• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments

• Accurately record production and quality data

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Prior CNC machine operation experience required; set-up experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Ability to meet post-offer requirements, including background check and drug screen
