Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SharePoint migration projects

In-depth understanding of SharePoint, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix)

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process flows, and translating them into technical specifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in conducting user training, preparing user guides, and providing post-migration support

Familiarity with information governance, data migration best practices, and compliance requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering business value
