1. Respond to customer needs via phone and email in a timely manner and ensure the client receives exceptional assistance to resolve their issue or need.

2. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.

3. Provides clients with information regarding product and promotions.

4. Assists clients with shipping needs and/or changes



1. Bachelor's degree PREFERRED

2. Minimum 2 years experience working as a Client Service Specialist

3. Empathetic and patient demeanor

4. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

5. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs

6. Ability to research complex issues using multiple systems

7. Self-motivated and focused with a strong positive and confident attitude

8. Excellent problem solving and analytical ability

9. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

10. Must be able to work within a team environment and with various departments

11. MS Office Proficient
