Christian Educator
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Christian educator who is committed to academic excellence and spiritual leadership. The ideal candidate will create a Christ-centered learning environment that supports students academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially while partnering closely with families and staff. This position requires a teacher who models Christian values, integrates biblical principles into daily instruction, and contributes positively to the overall mission and culture of the school. Candidates should be committed to supporting the mission and values of Christian education both inside and outside the classroom.
Spiritual Qualifications
Profess faith in Jesus Christ and demonstrate a growing relationship with Him
Believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God
Support the school's Statement of Faith and Christian mission
Demonstrate spiritual maturity through personal conduct, prayer life, and church involvement
Serve as a Christ-like role model in attitude, speech, and actions
Maintain a lifestyle consistent with biblical standards and school policies
Actively participate in a Bible-believing local church
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
ACSI certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
Prior teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Basic technology proficiency including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Essential Responsibilities
Spiritual Leadership
Model Christian character and biblical values
Integrate faith and biblical principles into classroom instruction and activities
Encourage students in spiritual growth and Christian character development
Maintain a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
Instruction & Classroom Leadership
Teach assigned subjects according to curriculum standards and school expectations
Develop engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
Use a variety of instructional methods and classroom resources
Assess student learning regularly and communicate progress effectively with parents
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events
School & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate attendance, grade, and student records
Attend staff meetings, professional development, and school functions
Collaborate with administration and fellow staff members
Assist with supervision duties, extracurricular activities, and special events as assigned
Follow school policies and safety procedures
Support the mission, vision, and growth of the school community
