About The Role This role involves advising clients on a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, developments, leasing matters and joint ventures.

ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing.Assist in real estate financing transactions across asset classes.Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related documentsLead due diligence efforts and assess transaction-related risks.Work closely with partners, clients, and cross-office teams on sophisticated matters.Take on increasing responsibility for managing matters and client interactions.
