Role & Responsibilities:
-Drive new client acquisition through field visits and active prospecting.
-Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
-Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
-Negotiate, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales support.
Requirements:
-Freshers with excellent communication skills or 1–2 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
-Strong hunter mindset with a passion for client acquisition.
-Good consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Self-driven and target-oriented with willingness to work in a field sales role.
-Comfortable with a 6-day work week and regular client visits.
