Job Description
Project Management of the Lost Customer Conversion workstream: using data driven insights to lose less customers in target groups and enhance overall performance.
Will work closely with US and Global workstream leads to create long and short term goals, and ensure timely completion of milestones and goals.
Work to sequence tasks and manage risks across the whole program.
Weekly meetings with US leads to manage tasks, risks, issues and reporting.
Close partnership with platform leads to align on product work impacting lost customer reporting.
Weekly status report preparation and circulation.
Establish effective project communication plans.
Once production changes have been agreed upon by workstream, ensure initiative moves through Design/Intake/Deliver process smoothly, quickly and maintains initiative goal.
Keep track of all lost customer initiatives if initiated by the project or independent workstreams.
Specific Skills
Sr. Project manager with experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects
PMP Certificate required
Strong communication abilities with executives and directors
Plus if PM has data analyst experience
Knowledge of various project management methodologies
Financial management
Well versed with MS Office
