End-to-End Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled End-to-End Tester with strong ServiceNow testing experience to validate complex business processes spanning multiple enterprise systems and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing end-to-end workflows across ServiceNow, APIs, web applications, databases, middleware, and third-party enterprise platforms.

This role requires a quality-focused professional who can independently design, execute, and automate test scenarios while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Integration Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive End-to-End test scenarios across ServiceNow and integrated enterprise applications.

Validate business workflows involving ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, and custom applications.

Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.

Test complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems including Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, Azure, and custom APIs.

Validate data consistency across UI, APIs, middleware, and backend databases.

Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern automation frameworks.

Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, or similar tools.

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Support release validation, production deployments, and post-release testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and End-to-End Testing.

3+ years of hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations.

Experience testing across multiple enterprise systems and applications.

Hands-on experience with:

ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM preferred)

API Testing (REST/SOAP)

SQL and Data Validation

Integration Testing

Regression Testing

Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Testing experience.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple integrated platforms.
