Title Dental receptionist / admin

Job Description Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently

Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients with clarity

Calculate copays and handle payment processing

Verify insurance and manage billing and coding

Respond to patient inquiries via phone and in person

Support front desk administration and maintain accurate digital and paper records

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Salary Range full-time $21 - $26 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule Tuesday to Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM

Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Every other Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM

Closed Sundays and Mondays

Requirements Minimum of 1 year of dental front desk or administrative experience

Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental software

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask efficiently with a positive attitude

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Compassionate, friendly, and professional demeanor

Preferences Prior experience working in a dental office environment

Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
