You will communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. Your goal is to make the process easy to understand while providing a helpful and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Duties
Contact clients who requested information
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer basic questions
Assist with online steps and follow-up
