A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, 2nd Shift, Contract Pharmacist in Canal Winchester, OH!
Position Summary
The Fulfillment Pharmacist is responsible for providing prescription verification and pharmacy expertise within a fulfillment center environment to ensure patients receive the highest levels of quality, safety, and service. This role works independently and collaboratively with pharmacy staff and pharmacist peers to support efficient pharmacy operations and accurate prescription fulfillment.
Pharmacist Compensation
The pay for this position is $62/hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position (Rotating 2nd Shift)
Week 1: Monday – Friday, 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM
Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM
Week 3: Sunday – Thursday, 5:45 PM – 1:45 AM
Pharmacist Responsibilities
· Perform fulfillment center pharmacist duties, including prescription verification and data review.
· Review, interpret, and accurately dispense prescribed medications within established pharmacy workflows.
· Ensure medication accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
· Support efficient pharmacy operations and identify opportunities to improve workflow, quality, and productivity.
· Utilize pharmacy technology systems for prescription fulfillment, clinical documentation, training, and inventory management.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to pharmacy staff regarding policies, procedures, and quality standards.
· Respond to pharmacy staff and leadership requests for information and policy interpretation.
· Serve as a subject matter expert regarding prescription fulfillment processes within the fulfillment center.
· Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws.
· Follow established guidelines and procedures to achieve operational goals and quality standards.
Pharmacist Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.
Previous pharmacist experience in retail pharmacy, mail order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment center, or pharmacy operations.
Strong knowledge of prescription verification, medication dispensing practices, and pharmacy regulations.
Experience using pharmacy technology systems and workflow management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Micro Fulfillment Center, Central Fill, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy setting.
Experience supporting pharmacy operations and workflow optimization initiatives.
Strong understanding of inventory management and pharmacy quality assurance processes.
Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or training pharmacy staff.
