As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Concierege Security Guard

Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility.

Manage access control for associates, visitors, and contractors.

Verify identities, welcome visitors, and provide customer service support.

Ensure all associates scan their badges when exiting the facility.

Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify and address potential security risks.

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance concerns.

Respond to incidents, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency responders.

Follow directions from the Security Supervisor and adhere to site procedures.

Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks.

Answer inquiries in person and by phone.

Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate security-related concerns promptly.

Demonstrate strong customer obsession and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for Concierege Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid security license

First aid certification an asset

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
