Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and overall performance

Hire, train, schedule, and manage team members and shift leads

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues

Promotes a culture of innovation by inviting input from staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination

Inform owner of any discrepancies

Operate, clean, and maintain frozen yogurt machines

Monitor sales, cash handling, and loss prevention

Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards

Open and close the store as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store

Responsible for creating schedules

Requirements

Previous food industry experience required

Management experience in food or retail required

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Flexible schedule including weekends, on - call

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
