POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and design teams across multiple active projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced design and construction environment and wants to grow within the architecture industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Assist project managers with meeting minutes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications
- Manage project files, submittals, RFI logs, and correspondence using Deltek and Newforma
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely information exchange
- Support proposal preparation, fee tracking, and project reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical project records
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; Deltek Vision or Newforma experience a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with construction documentation processes preferred
