Procurement Manager

I'm currently supporting a growing technology-driven organization within the construction industry, that is looking to hire a Procurement Manager urgently to lead and transform its global purchasing and logistics function.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, with responsibility for:

• Supplier sourcing, negotiations, and performance management

• Procurement process improvement and operational transformation

• Global logistics and freight strategy

• Cost reduction, KPI development, and supplier accountability

• ERP-driven purchasing and reporting (NetSuite experience highly desirable)

• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams

• Two direct reports

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Columbus, OH

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

The ideal profile is someone who has successfully improved procurement and supply chain processes, implemented best practices, and can operate comfortably at both a strategic and hands-on level, while also having experience managing personnel.
