Job Description :

• Reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Promotion Office.

• Develops sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational sales goals & revenue.

• Forecasts annual, quarter and monthly sales and revenue by establishing sales objectives and action plans in areas of operations and key accounts.

• Plans and coordinates with company department heads and key merchants personnel to accomplish sales plans and objectives.

• Ensures sales team has the necessary requirements and resources to perform properly assigned tasks.

• Develops actions plans and oversees achievement of sales activities and team performance.

• Works closely with the business development team to achieve sales objectives for corporate accounts and new merchant activations.

• Evaluates sales performance of sales staff through following established KPIs and provide feedback, support, coaching and training to optimize performance.

• Plans and directs training of sales staff for continued staff performance improvements.

• Assist with the development of presentation materials, training manuals and proposals.

• Conceptualize promotion ideas, go-to market activities & online campaigns for sales volume

• Supports on the development of advertising materials to promote the company’s products and services to its target market.

• Analyzes results, interprets sales figures and recommends action plans for further sales growth and improvement of brand awareness.

• Investigates lost sales and customer accounts and works closely with assessment department head to minimize loses and maximize sales opportunities.

• Formulates sales policies and departmental procedures.

• Manages and controls expenses and monitors budgets.

• Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis

• Identifies sales and market opportunities.

• Cultivates effective business relationships with key accounts decision makers and partner companies.

■Requirement :

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or any related course.

• With at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in retail, financial institutions and related industries.

• With supervisory / managerial experience

• With excellent communications, presentations and organizations skills

• With strong planning, execution, leadership and training skills.

• Highly analytical with good business acumen.
