Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer/Lead

Location: 100% Remote in US (EST/CST preferred)

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Base Salary: $110/Annum + Benefits

Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

Job Description:

• Have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE/CRM, understand the full stack, and have worked extensively with Dynamics 365 CE.

• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows, processes, and Flows.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET + development using C#.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Power Platform, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.

• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.

• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.

• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

• Experience with Microsoft Real Time Marketing an advantage

• Experience with Power BI an advantage

• Must have fluent English language skills.
