Responsibilities
Accurately enter data from various source documents into designated computer systems
Verify data for completeness and correct errors or discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
Update and maintain databases and electronic files with precision
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding data issues and improvements
Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas while maintaining high accuracy standards
Assist with generating reports and compiling data as requested
Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Requirements
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role
Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
