This is a part-time, permanent Assistant position requiring about 2-5 hours per week. In this position you will screen and sort incoming email, enter resumes into our database, set up the daily planner with candidates to call, and post job openings among other data entry tasks. The right person for this position should be available for projects from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday Pacific time on a daily basis, but some of the work can be done whenever it's most convenient in the evening or on the weekend. The right candidate for this position is currently working from home and wants some additional contract work to go along with their current projects. Stay-at-home care-takers are also very good candidates. We are seeking candidates who seek to stay long-term (at least one year, but preferably longer).


Must be located in Pacific or Mountain time zone.

MS Office and very computer literate, very accurate, detailed oriented with fast data entry skills. Knowledge of HTML a definite plus. Must have excellent telephone and communication skills and be computer literate. Must have high-speed internet connection and home office with up-to-date computer. Must be self-motivated, customer-service oriented, responsible and reliable. Hours are flexible, but West coast or Mountain time zone location is required.

Pay rate: $12/hour
