Injection Molding Operator

Manufacturing

$16.00-$18.00 per hour

1st or 3rd shift available

Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-7:00am

What You’ll Do:

Assemble medical device products using basic hand tools and equipment

Follow work order, visual aids, and documentation to complete and record assembly tasks

Perform quality check and communicate any production or quality issues

Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

Operate basic computer systems for reviewing documents and operating automated equipment

Operate and monitor molding machines safely and efficiently

Trim, weigh, and inspect molded parts for quality

Follow all company compliance and safety procedures

Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards

What We’re Looking For:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operator experience required

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic math skills

Ability to work independently and maintain a steady production pace

Basic computer skills

High School Diploma or GED required
