We are growing our remote sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and helping clients understand available benefit options.
In this role, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information. You will meet with them virtually, explain available programs, answer questions, and guide them through the next steps in a professional and supportive way.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients by phone, video, and online platforms
Conduct virtual sales presentations and consultations
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Build strong relationships with clients and members
Follow up with leads and scheduled appointments
Assist with online applications and documentation
Maintain accurate client records
Meet personal and team performance goals
Participate in training, coaching, and leadership development
