What You’ll Do

In this role, you will connect with members who have requested information about their available benefits. You will communicate by phone, video, and online tools to answer questions, explain options, assist with digital forms, and help guide each person through the process.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members who have requested information

Explain benefit options in a clear and professional manner

Answer questions and provide support throughout the process

Assist with online applications and required documentation

Schedule and confirm virtual appointments

Follow up with members to ensure a smooth experience

Participate in training, coaching, and team development

Work independently while staying connected with a remote team

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills

Professional, positive, and dependable attitude

Customer service, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required

Comfortable using computers, video calls, and online systems
