Responsibilities

Manage inbound client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, responding within defined service level benchmarks

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client communications and account activity

Work cross-functionally with the Events and Operations teams to resolve client queries efficiently and to a high standard

Identify patterns in client feedback and escalate relevant insights to line management

Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional introduction to Pipeline Theory's services

Contribute to the ongoing refinement of customer service processes and documentation

Essential Qualities

Demonstrable experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management capacity

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone to context and audience

High degree of professionalism and personal accountability at all times

Strong problem-solving capability and the confidence to make decisions within defined parameters

Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software

A methodical approach to workload management, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and service standards
