New Machine Operator and Warehouse Positions â Derby / Ansonia, CT

Contract to hire

Openings on all shifts, placement depends on company needs at the time or hire.

Machine Operator

1st shift $17.50 per hour

2nd shift $19.00

Material handler

3rd shift $21.50 - $22.00 per hour

Machine Operator / Assembler Responsibilities:

Operating various machines and secondary equipment.

Inspect parts as needed.

Sort, cut and pack parts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Small piece assembly including wiring and soldering Injection molding experience is a plus.

Warehouse Material Handler:

Cycle counts and inventory management

Forklift operation and moving materials

Machine operation in a production setting

Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting

Skills & Experience:

Experience operating manufacturing machinery.

Injection molding experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Understanding of in-process inspection procedures.

Experience assembling small pieces including wiring and soldering.
