BWC's core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments.
Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC's seven offices across the state.
BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am.
Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
What You'll Be Doing: * Coordinate, deliver, and maintain the Lead Ohio: Foundations of Supervision (LO:FoS) curriculum in compliance with the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) requirements.
* Assess organizational training needs and consult with managers, Subject Mater Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to design appropriate training solutions.
* Develop and update training materials, including guides, activities, assessments, and multimedia content using adult learning principles.
* Plan and facilitate New Employee Orientation and interpersonal skills training, including scheduling, logistics, and participant registration.
* Deliver supervisory, managerial, and executive level training using varied instructional methods and collaboration with SMEs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, performance data, and feedback, and recommend improvements.
* Maintain accurate records, training reports, schedules, and documentation for DAS reporting and agency compliance To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate: Required Experience and/or Education * Completion of associate core program in instructional design, adult learning, education, instructional technology, or related field.
