UIPath/Agentic AI resource

we are looking for someone who has a UiPath background but also has agentic build experience. Ideally we are looking for someone with UiPath, Java/Python, OpenAI, Spec-driven dev, etc.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on development experience with UiPath (RPA)

Strong programming experience in Python and modern software engineering practices

Proven experience building production-quality Agentic AI solutions (not on UiPath RPA platform)

Hands-on experience with:

LangChain

LangGraph

Azure AI Foundry

Experience designing autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems

Strong understanding of:

LLMs and prompt engineering

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Tool/function calling architectures

Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure cloud
