Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Operations
Lead all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of services.
Establish a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Drive operational consistency through effective planning, communication, and execution.
Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
Financial Management
Own branch P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, expense management, and cash flow.
Partner with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage labor productivity, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing managers and team members.
Set clear expectations and performance standards throughout the organization.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and succession planning activities.
Foster a culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and customer service.
Customer Relations & Growth
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Identify opportunities to increase service offerings, expand existing accounts, and drive organic growth.
Partner with business development and sales teams to support branch growth objectives.
Asset & Resource Management
Oversee branch facilities, fleet, equipment, and operational assets.
Ensure resources are deployed effectively to maximize productivity and service quality.
Drive preventive maintenance programs and asset utilization initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
Champion a safety-first culture across all branch operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Lead corrective action efforts and continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and risk management.
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in branch management, operations management, general management, or a similar role.
Proven success managing P&L responsibility and driving financial results.
Experience leading field-based operations within landscaping, commercial services, facilities services, construction, industrial services, or related industries preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop teams, coach leaders, and drive accountability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with operational reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
