BlazerWorks is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join Caroline County Public Schools in Denton, Maryland for the 2026-2027 school year.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school district while helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and personal success.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Maryland SLP License REQUIRED

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• Maryland school-based experience preferred
