• Shift Pattern: Set Shift

• Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Contract Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm

NW Recruitment Services Ltd are currently exclusively recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Clitheroe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production team with the potential for a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

The role:

As an Assembly Operative, you will support the manufacture and preparation of products within a fast-paced production environment.

Key duties include:

• Carrying out hands-on production and assembly tasks

• Using a range of handheld equipment

• Following work instructions and maintaining consistent quality standards

• Inspecting finished items to ensure they meet required specifications

• Keeping the work area organised and well maintained

• Reporting defects, shortages, or issues to the team leader

• Working safely and following all site procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable and hardworking attitude

• Previous production or assembly experience beneficial, but not essential
