Customer Support Executive – Social Media Handling

*Shift*: 8 Hours, Sunday off

*Working Days*: 6 days a week
*Key Responsibilities:*
1- Manage customer queries, comments, and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms
2- Respond to customers promptly with accurate info in a polite, professional tone
3- Escalate complaints/issues to the concerned team and ensure timely resolution
4- Create engaging replies, draft FAQs, and maintain brand voice on social media
5- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback daily
6- Coordinate with marketing & sales teams for customer-related updates
*Skills Required*:
1- Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Hindi
2- Creative thinking & problem-solving approach
3- Good IQ and presence of mind
4- Presentable and professional attitude.
