What You will do?

Monitor the execution of the bank's strategic initiatives to ensure long-term and sustainable growth, competitiveness, and profitability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cascade initiatives and objectives to implement strategic initiatives.

Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

Regularly review and report on the progress of strategic goals to the Strategy Manager.
