RELATIONSHIP MANAGER/HR ASSISTANT - KADUNA CENTRAL

*Position:* Relationship Manager/HR Assistant

*Location:* Kaduna Central

*Salary:* 100,000/month

*Requirements:*

1. Proven experience in customer service/client relations

2. Strong background in human psychology - understanding people, behavior, motivation and HR

3. Sales skills: ability to build rapport + convert leads

4. Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

5. Must be based in Kaduna Central and available to resume quickly

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships + handle inquiries professionally

2. Support HR: onboarding, staff welfare, conflict resolution

3. Follow up with leads and help close deals

4. Maintain positive company image with clients + staff
