About the Opportunity

We are currently adding new team members to support individuals who have requested information and are interested in speaking with a representative.

This role focuses on communication, scheduling, and follow-up. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective clients, coordinate virtual appointments, and ensure each individual receives timely and professional assistance throughout the process.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, systems, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Contact individuals who have requested information

Schedule and confirm virtual appointments

Send reminders and follow-up communications

Answer basic questions regarding the appointment process

Update and maintain accurate records in online systems

Coordinate schedules and assist with calendar management

Reschedule missed or cancelled appointments when needed

Ensure a positive and professional experience for every individual

Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic computer and internet proficiency
