What You'll Do:

Develop and manage channel-level content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Analyze historical campaign performance to recommend messaging, creative strategies, CTAs, and content themes that drive engagement and conversion

Identify content gaps and opportunities to enhance customer engagement through new messaging, promotions, and campaign initiatives

Review campaign content for accuracy, brand alignment, and strategic effectiveness prior to deployment

Conduct quality assurance testing on live campaigns, ensuring content accuracy, proper rendering, and functional links while resolving any issues

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization

Manage SMS budget tracking and related documentation, including invoice processing and approvals

Support ad hoc reporting and performance analysis, translating data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience managing SMS and Push Marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make optimization recommendations

Experience developing customer-focused messaging and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to review, QA, and validate customer-facing campaigns

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders

Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
