Facilities Assistant

At Culpeper Wellness Foundation, our facilities help create welcoming spaces that support health, wellness, recreation, and community connection. We are seeking a part-time (20-25 hours per week), dependable, hands-on Facilities Assistant to help maintain safe, clean, attractive, and well-functioning environments across multiple Foundation locations.

This role supports day-to-day facility operations through custodial support, grounds maintenance, light repairs, event setup, and general property upkeep. Responsibilities include maintaining building appearance, supporting facility improvement projects, assisting with seasonal grounds work, responding to maintenance needs, and helping ensure spaces are prepared for members, patients, staff, and community events.

The ideal candidate enjoys active, physical work, takes pride in creating great environments for others, and can balance multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail. Experience with custodial services, groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or related work is preferred, along with basic troubleshooting skills, the ability to use tools and equipment safely, and a commitment to excellent service and teamwork.
