This contract Physician Assistant role in family practice offers a flexible schedule with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The position requires experience managing chronic conditions and a DEA license. Candidates will have the opportunity to work at multiple locations within the area.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage chronic conditions for patients

● Provide family practice care during scheduled shifts

● Travel to sister sites as needed to cover shifts

Schedule and Shift Details

● Monday 7:00am - 4:00pm (30 min lunch), Tuesday 6:00am - 4:00pm (30 min lunch), Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (30 min lunch)

Travel

● Travel to sister sites in Sharonville and Beavercreek to pick up shifts available

$55-$65 per hour
